Having worked extensively in the high-tech PR, marketing communications, and corporate marketing fields for nearly 15 years, we know the requirements of this market inside and out. We know what makes a good communications professional whether it's a public relations manager, director of marketing communications, or chief marketing officer. We also know who the key communications players are and, when and if, they are open to new job opportunities. We identify new candidates from our own marketing efforts, and from our many referrals—which says something about the quality of work Flesher & Associates does. But most important, every resume we have represents a relationship.

As executive recruiters, we go the extra mile. Flesher & Associates probes deeper than most to thoroughly understand a company's technology, personnel requirements, the culture of the team, and job responsibilities. Taking the time up front to learn about a client's individual criteria is an invaluable investment. We believe it's worth it because it results in a far more efficient, on-target search for both client and candidate.

We invest time with you, and we ask you to do the same with us. We put new candidates through a comprehensive screening process that includes a thorough review of qualifications, and often personal interviews with multiple members of our staff, and reference checks. We essentially conduct the same due diligence on our client companies.
